About these terms
These terms apply to your use of indicary.com (the “site”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Who we are
Indicary operates the indicary.com website.
The site is for information
The site describes Indicary’s products and publishes resources for insurance professionals. Nothing on the site is insurance, legal, regulatory or compliance advice, and nothing on it is an offer to sell a product.
Product descriptions show each capability’s current stage (“Available”, “With design partners”, “Early access”). Features and availability can change. The use of Indicary’s products is governed only by a signed agreement with Indicary.
The MVR Field Guide and other resources
Our Field Guide, glossary and articles are general information about driving records and underwriting practice. Rules, formats and reporting periods change. Each Field Guide entry shows its sources and when it was last reviewed. Check the current official source before relying on any detail.
Downloads
When you download a resource from the site, such as the MVR Field Guide or a sample Examiner Packet, you may use it within your own organization. Please don’t sell it, republish it or pass it off as your own. Sample materials use synthetic data only; they contain no real driver records.
Using the site
Please don’t:
- try to disrupt the site, get around its security, or access parts of it you’re not meant to;
- use automated tools to copy the site’s content in bulk;
- send driving records or other information about drivers or third parties through the site’s forms;
- give false information in a form, or submit a form on someone else’s behalf without their permission.
Our content and trademarks
The site’s content, design and the Indicary name and wordmark belong to Indicary or its licensors. You may view and share pages for ordinary business purposes, but you may not copy or reuse them beyond that without our written permission.
Links to other sites
The site links to official sources and other websites that we don’t control. We’re not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranties
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it’s provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about the site or its content, including that it’s complete, current or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Indicary isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of the site or its content. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to US$100. This section doesn’t limit liability that can’t be limited by law.
Privacy
How we handle information from the site’s forms is described in our privacy policy.
Changes
We may update the site and these terms. The “Last updated” date shows when the terms last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
