Who we are

Indicary operates the indicary.com website. Questions about this policy go to security_privacy@indicary.com.

This policy covers the indicary.com website. It doesn’t cover driver records that our customers process through the Indicary product. That processing is governed by our agreements with those customers, and Indicary acts as their processor. Please don’t send driving records or other information about drivers through the website’s forms.

What this site does today

Fonts are served from indicary.com. Your browser makes no requests to third-party font services.
Spam protection: apart from the site’s own code, the only script is a spam-protection check from our hosting provider, which loads on pages with a form. It looks at technical signals from your browser to tell people from bots, and doesn’t set advertising cookies.
No analytics run on the site.
No cookies are set by the site’s code.
Hosting: the site is hosted by our hosting and content-delivery provider, which processes technical request data, such as your IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect the site.
Forms: what you enter in a form is stored with our hosting provider. We read new requests ourselves and reply by email. A notice of each new request, with the details you entered, is also posted to our internal team chat. The sections below explain what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.

What we collect

Only what you give us through two forms:

Walkthrough request: your name, work email, company, role, company type, state, and the times that suit you.
Compliance & Security Packet request: your name, work email, company, role, company type, and state.

Why we collect it

To arrange the walkthrough you asked for, or to send you the packet you requested.
To keep the forms free of spam and abuse.

We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

We send only the emails you ask for. When you request a walkthrough or the packet, a member of our team replies from sales@indicary.com. We don’t send marketing emails, and we don’t add you to a mailing list.

We use service providers to run the site and handle requests: our hosting and content-delivery provider, for hosting and the database, and our business email and team-messaging provider, which receives notices of new requests and carries our replies to you. They process information for us under contract and only for these purposes. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Where it’s processed

Our service providers may process information in the countries where they operate.

How long we keep it

Walkthrough and packet requests: kept while we’re in contact about Indicary and for up to 12 months after our last contact, then deleted.

How we protect it

Access to form submissions is limited to Indicary staff who need it. We use the security features of our service providers, and we review our safeguards as the site grows.

Your rights and choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to security_privacy@indicary.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under local law.

If you aren’t satisfied with our response, you may be able to complain to the privacy regulator where you live.

Children

The site is for business users and isn’t directed at children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the “Last updated” date. If the change is significant, we’ll say so on the site.
