Sourced, not guessed.

AI reads the document. Your rules decide eligibility. Your underwriter makes the call. Here is how each step works, and what you can check.

Three steps, three owners

  1. 01

AI reads the document.Indicary finds each violation, accident and suspension on the record and keeps the exact text it came from.

  2. 02

Your rules decide eligibility.Deterministic rules, written from your guidelines, turn those findings into a recommendation for each driver, with the reasons.

  3. 03

Your underwriter reviews and makes every final call.Nothing is declined automatically.

Every step leaves evidence

The source trace

Every adverse item stays linked to where it came from on the record, with the record's own wording. Your underwriter can check any finding against the original.

The rule trace

Each recommendation lists the rules that fired and why, in plain language written from your underwriting guidelines. It is not a summary generated about the driver.

Versioned rules

Your guidelines become a ruleset. Each change creates a new version, and each recommendation is pinned to the ruleset version in force. So you can show which rules applied to which driver, on which date.

Flagged for review, never guessed

When a record is incomplete, hard to read or ambiguous, Indicary flags it for human review instead of guessing, with a reason saying what's missing or unclear and a reading-confidence score.

No automated declines

Indicary recommends. A licensed underwriter on your team reviews and makes every final call, and the decision is yours. Each recommendation is pinned to the ruleset version in force.

Same facts, same answer

The rules are deterministic. The same facts under the same ruleset version always get the same answer.

About accuracy figures

We publish accuracy figures only once they're measured on a verified set of records, with the date and the sample size.

Questions

Where exactly is AI used?

Only to read the document: finding each item on the record and the text it came from. Eligibility is decided by your rules. Your underwriter reviews and makes every final call.

Can an underwriter overrule a recommendation?

Yes. The underwriter makes the decision. Indicary's recommendation is there to support it.

Is our data used to train models?

No. Records are used only to produce your recommendations.
